The seminar will look at the hot topics arising in patent law. Experts in the IP field will discuss the America Invents Act and offer updates on other changes in U.S. patent law.
Topics will cover the standard for proving patent invalidity; a review of the Inducement Global Tech Appliances v. SEB case; and a discussion of the impact of the most significant changes in U.S. patent law in decades.
