International law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP announced today that renowned real estate lawyer Thomas Henry has joined the Firm as Co-Head of its U.S. Real Estate practice alongside partner Philip Rosen.

Tom joins from Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, where he was Co-Chair of the Real Estate Department and Co-Managing Partner of the New York office. His extensive experience includes representing domestic and foreign real estate companies, private equity funds, and institutional lenders and investors in acquisitions and dispositions, financings, joint ventures, restructurings and leasing and development transactions, both in the United States and internationally, involving all primary real estate sectors.
