Fannie Mae announced that it has appointed Stergios “Terry” Theologides as EVP, general counsel and corporate secretary effective March 28, 2019. Theologides most recently served as CoreLogic, Inc.’s SVP, general counsel and secretary.
Theologides has more than 20 years’ legal and business experience. At CoreLogic, Inc. he served as a member of the management committee, helped guide the company’s strategic and innovation initiatives, and advised the company on various priorities, including compliance, information security, internal audit, and enterprise risk.
Prior to CoreLogic, Inc., Theologides was EVP and general counsel for Morgan Stanley’s U.S. residential mortgage business and was a member of the Federal Reserve Board’s Consumer Advisory Council.
