Kirkland & Ellis announced today that Satyen Dhana has joined the Firm’s Antitrust & Competition Group as a partner. Based in the London office, Mr. Dhana advises clients on antitrust, foreign investment and sector regulation.

Mr. Dhana’s practice spans UK and European Union antitrust matters, including merger control, antitrust investigations and antitrust litigation.
