Holland & Knight has bolstered its leading corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity practice with the addition of Ronnie Skloss as a partner in Austin. Mr. Skloss was previously a shareholder with Greenberg Traurig.

Mr. Skloss concentrates on private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic business transactions in the middle market. He has led numerous domestic and cross-border transactions representing publicly traded and privately held issuers, institutional and individual investors, and entrepreneurs in industry sectors that include software, business and technology-enabled services, healthcare, government contracting, franchised businesses, oilfield services and consulting services.
