PMB, a leading, purpose-driven healthcare real estate developer across the continuum of care, continues to demonstrate its commitment to elevating the healthcare experience with the expansion of its leadership team to include three new internal Partner promotions.
Joining the Executive Partnership Team are Rebecca Gemmel, Ben Rosenfeld, and Bill Jencks, AIA.
Rebecca takes on this new role as Partner and EVP, General Counsel with more than two decades of experience in real estate. Her experience and role span all legal matters related to operations, acquisition, land use, development, financing, contracting, leasing, and construction of PMB's platform.
Ben, who is a 14-year veteran of PMB, has led some of PMB's most complex healthcare real estate projects and will continue to lead many of PMB's efforts across the continuum of care in his new role as Partner and EVP, Development.
Bill's passion for design and development originated during his MBA and Bachelor of Architecture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He brings 18 years of career experience across office, residential, hospitality, commercial, and healthcare real estate to his new role as Partner, EVP.

Additional internal promotions include Nolan Weinberg to SVP, Development, Pamela Santos to VP, Construction, and Kirsten Webb to Director, Development.
