McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC has elected Nicole Stezar Kaylor, Steve Matzura, Matthew Pritchard, Andrew Rusniak and Brad Walker as new Members of the firm, effective January 1, 2020.

Nicole Stezar Kaylor practices in the McNees Corporate & Tax Group where she focuses on mergers and acquisitions. Nicole counsels businesses and non-profits throughout the healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, service, financial services and other industries in structuring, negotiating and implementing a wide variety of merger and acquisition transactions and related regulatory and securities issues. In addition, she regularly represents clients in corporate governance issues, general contract matters and capital raising efforts, including commercial lending and private placements.
Steve Matzura practices in the McNees Energy and Environmental Law Group. Steve advises clients on a broad range of environmental, health and safety (“EHS”) issues, including water quality, stormwater, water use, wastewater, waste, hazardous materials and safety, and air quality. He assists clients with EHS compliance, permitting, auditing, self-disclosures and enforcement actions, including addressing issues with environmental agencies, river basin commissions and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”). In addition, Steve advises clients on the environmental implications of business and real estate transactions and litigates environmental matters before courts and administrative hearing boards, including the Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board.
Matthew Pritchard practices in the McNees Energy and Environmental Law Practice Group where he focuses on providing advice and representing his clients on energy and utility matters before the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio where he is a regular participant on behalf of his clients in rate cases, proceedings related to the implementation of Ohio energy efficiency and renewable requirements, rulemakings and many other regulatory matters. Matthew also serves as General Counsel of the Industrial Energy Users-Ohio, advising and representing the organization on energy and utility matters affecting the price, availability and reliability of utility services.
Andrew Rusniak practices in the McNees Estate Planning and Corporate & Tax Practice Groups and represents individuals, families, business owners, executives and professionals in all aspects of tax and estate planning, business succession planning, asset protection planning, charitable planning, and estate and trust administration. Andrew primarily advises closely-held business owners and high net worth families with regard to estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes. He also routinely counsels both individual and institutional fiduciaries in all aspects of trust and estate administration.
Brad Walker practices in the McNees Corporate & Tax Group where he advises clients in connection with sophisticated acquisitions, joint ventures and other transactions, as well as their day-to-day business operations. Brad has worked with a variety of business clients including large, established publicly-traded companies, international companies, banks and bank holding companies, closely held businesses, start-ups and private equity firms.
