Littler, the world’s largest employment and labour law practice representing management, is further strengthening its burgeoning Canadian presence with the addition of Gerald Griffiths as a partner, along with four associates, to its Toronto office. Griffiths and associates Kemi Faneye and Natalie Nicholson join from Sherrard Kuzz, while associate Micah Fysh joins from Filion Wakely Thorup Angeletti. Rounding out the arrival of the new team is David McIsaac, who is transitioning from an articling student to associate. These latest additions come on the heels of three new partners joining in Toronto in recent months: Matthew Badrov, Shana French and Stephen Shore.
“The explosive growth of our Toronto office is a direct result of market demand combined with our continued commitment to attracting and retaining a top-tier team that can deliver exceptional client service throughout the region,” said Erin Webber, Littler’s managing director and president. "Our continued expansion in Canada is exciting, and the addition of this new group – coupled with the recent arrivals of Stephen, Shana and Matt – underscore our growing influence and capabilities in the country. Gerald in particular will play a pivotal role guiding our clients through the intricacies of this critical region as we pursue our larger growth strategy."

He regularly navigates clients through civil litigation disputes, collective bargaining and agreement administration, employment contracts, hiring practices, grievance arbitration, human rights and accommodation, and workplace investigations, among other areas.
Griffiths is a highly sought after speaker throughout Canada on numerous employment and labour law topics related to his practice. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Canadian Bar Association and Ontario Bar Association. Griffiths received his LLB from the University of Ottawa and his BCom from Queen’s University.
“I’m thrilled to welcome Gerald to our growing team. His extensive experience and strategic insights will be invaluable to our firm and, most importantly, to our clients,” said Toronto Office Managing Partner Stephen Shore. “Gerald’s addition further strengthens our reputation for delivering savvy legal counsel and innovative solutions to meet the diverse needs of employers in today’s increasingly complex business landscape.”
