FisherBroyles, LLP, announces Lisa A. Marcy has joined the firm in New York and Salt Lake City as a partner.
Lisa joins the Firm’s Litigation practice from Clyde Snow & Sessions in Salt Lake City. Lisa is an experienced litigator and trial lawyer specializing in commercial, employment, real estate, regulatory, and products liability litigation. Her practice includes complex litigation and employment work representing banks, manufacturers and service companies.
Lisa has successfully tried many jury, bench and arbitration cases and argued appeals in both state and federal courts. She is an accomplished public speaker and a well-known teacher of advocacy skills.
Lisa is also a Program Director for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, for which she regularly conducts training seminars and webinars across the country, and she also conducts seminars on legal topics for other groups nationwide.
Prior to Clyde Snow & Sessions, Lisa developed her litigation expertise at law firms in Salt Lake City, including her own, litigating cutting edge disability rights cases.
