Nelson Mullins Riley and Scarborough LLP is pleased to welcome Kenya Dixon to its litigation practice in Washington, D.C. Dixon joins the litigation practice from TechCentrics, where she served as General Counsel and Director of Information Governance.

Dixon is a tenured litigator who concentrates her practice on matters of cybersecurity, information governance, eDiscovery, crisis management, and general litigation. She brings high-level experience to her practice, as she was formerly the Director of White House Information Governance for the Executive Office of the President and Assistant Director of the Division of Litigation Technology and Analysis at the Federal Trade Commission.
