Flynn Restaurant Group announced the internal promotion of Jacqueline (Jaci) Lee to General Counsel. In this role, Lee will oversee a wide range of legal matters for over 1,200 restaurants nationwide. An accomplished trial lawyer that spent more than a decade litigating bet-the-company cases, Lee’s experience will aid in the future growth of the company and its expanding portfolio.

Prior to joining Flynn Restaurant Group as Associate General Counsel in 2018, Lee was a Partner at the law firm Jones Day in its Silicon Valley office, where she successfully represented clients in high-stakes intellectual property and commercial litigation and provided counsel on a variety of complex business disputes and strategic issues.
