Epona and JustiSolutions join forces with the support of Main Capital Partners

Epona, prominent Dutch provider of legal document management solutions, has merged with JustiSolutions, with market-leading Danish legal case management system Unik Advosys. This combination brings together two companies of comparable size to form a complementary LegalTech provider with a global footprint across diverse markets and industries. Operating under the name Epona, the newly combined entity offers a comprehensive and modern product portfolio. Main Capital Partners (“Main”), the majority stakeholder in both Epona and JustiSolutions, will retain its majority ownership following the transaction.
