Edmond Ianni appointed at Ben Franklin Technology Partners

Edmond M. Ianni was appointed general counsel of venture capital and private equity firm Ben Franklin Technology Partners. A former Chairman of the Delaware State Bar Association Corporate Counsel Section and its International Law Section, Ed has served as Chief Strategy Officer of Millennium, Director of Strategic Development for Delaware and in-house counsel with Columbia Energy Group (now NiSource Inc.). He previously practiced with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. A Princeton University graduate, Ed holds U.S. (University of Virginia) and U.K. (Oxford University) law degrees. A co-founder of the nonprofit Wilmington Rowing Center, he is President of the Princeton Association of Delaware and serves on several boards.
