DTI, the nation’s largest privately held independent provider of e-discovery, legal process outsourcing and facilities management services, announced today that its founder and CEO, John Davenport Jr., will participate in a panel at an annual e-discovery session hosted in New York City by William Blair & Company, a global investment banking and asset management firm. The event will take place in New York City on February 5, 2014.
The series of meetings is designed to help investors better understand the electronic discovery sector, including the various product and service offerings in this sector, the competitive dynamics and the growth trends. Davenport will participate in a session entitled “Panel of Privately Held Legal Solutions Companies.” Investors are encouraged to attend to learn more about the changes and consolidation taking place in the e-discovery sector, as evidenced by DTI’s recent acquisition of Applied Discovery. The session will be held at the same time as the LegalTech conference hosted by ALM, offering participants the opportunity to learn more about the legal technology industry in general.
John Davenport Jr. founded DTI in 1998. Under his leadership, DTI was selected as one of the Southeast’s fastest-growing privately held companies, and he was selected Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young.
