Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP is pleased to welcome partner Daniel Choi to the firm’s corporate practice in New York. Choi joins Nelson Mullins' growing Real Estate Capital Markets group, which is currently comprised of more than 50 attorneys.
Choi joins the firm after more than a decade at Sidley Austin and over six years with Cadwalader Wickersham.

Choi has more than 20 years of capital markets experience with a particular focus on commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and single-family rental securitizations (SFR). He represents clients that act as issuers, sponsors and/or underwriters in connection with new issuance CMBS and SFR securities. He also represents clients in connection with co-origination and co-lending arrangements and the sale and purchase of CRE loans, each with securitization execution strategies.
