The Canadian Bar Association will host Professional Corporations Update: Tips and Traps on Wednesday, October 12, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Participants will review the fundamental framework for professional corporations. This seminar is for both new and seasoned practitioners and will help attendees learn to recognize emerging issues in corporate law and taxation. Topics include How to Maximize Use of Your Professional Corporation; Re-organization of Partnerships to Form Professional Corporations; HST Concerns; and Cross-Border Issues.
