Gina Adams named as EVP, Genearl Counsel & Secretary at FedEx Corp
FedEx Corp. announced today that Gina F. Adams has been named executive vice president, general counsel and secretary, effective September 24, 2024. Adams will become the general counsel-elect on September 1 and assume the role on September 24. She succeeds Mark R. Allen who will move into a senior advisor role until his retirement December 31.
