Tiffany A. Archer, Global Head of Compliance, Risk & Privacy, Pall Corporation

She also serves as an Adjunct Law Professor for Fordham University School of Law and instructor for the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE). Tiffany has experience representing multinationals before U.S. regulators, including the SEC and DOJ, as well as Federal Monitors. She draws passion and excitement from the ever-evolving legal, ethics and compliance landscape, and in serving as a trusted and practical business leader.
Tiffany holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from The George Washington University Law School.
What is your proudest achievement?
My proudest achievement to date is becoming an Adjunct Law Professor at Fordham University School of Law. While guiding my students through complex case studies, lively debates, and interactive simulations, I've strived to impart not only legal knowledge but also critical thinking skills, ethical considerations, and a global perspective on compliance.
What is the most influential piece of advice (professional or personal) you have received?
Don't ever forget to send the elevator back down to ensure that others have the opportunity to rise.
What is/are your favorite extracurricular activity/activities?
Traveling to different countries and enjoying the local cuisine.
If you were not a legal professional, what other line of work would you pursue?
Interior Design.
